Research On The Performance Evaluation System For The Elderly Of Beijing Under The Background Of Home Care

"The Plan Maded by the CPC Central Committee for the development of national economy and social development of the Thirteenth fiveyears" pointed out the goal to improve the multi-level pension service system in China. "Old-age home" is the foundation of China’s pension policy system.with the promoting of home care policies, We can foreknow that appropriate-aging design will become a basic content of residential construction in China.Presently,the evaluation system for the eldly in china is still weak.the standards and norms related to appropriate aging design are mainly suitable for the special buildings of the aged. Currently the research on the appropriate-aging design is mostly concentrated in the design and renovation areas.Finding a way to combine the residential evaluation system and the appropriate-aging research in China, trying to establish a suitable evaluation system for the eldly is a very urgent matterThis study draw lessons from domestic and foreign research, referenced the theory of hierarchy of needs, requirements evolution, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation,combined with the investigation of elderly in Beijing and Established a performance evaluation system for the elderly in Beijing.The evaluation system includes 4 criteria layers, including home security, space design, physical environment and humanistic care. It consists of 10 sub criteria and 33 indicators. According to the hierarchical classification and demand of the elderly, the evaluation system divided the elderly into A, B, C three grade.The study completed the selection of the index, established the structure of the Index system and the ssignment of index weight,useing the method of AHP, Delphi, fuzzy evaluation. And finally made the evaluation system tested by appling it into actual cases.This study transformed the abstract conception of appropriate-aging into specific datas to remark the appropriate-aging degree of residential buildings.This study enrich the content of housing performance evaluation system in China, and is of great significance in the Establishment of the lderly living environment.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper concludes the existing problems and the needs of the living environment for the eldly people in Beijing,throngh a layered way. And, according to the hierarchical classification and demand of the elderly, divided the elderly people into A: care dependented type, B: aging type, C: self-care type three grade.(2)This thesis established the evaluation system from 4 aspects: home security, space design, physical environment and humanistic care. And according to the hierarchical classification, Set different evaluation indicators for the elderly of A、B、C layers(3) Scientific research methods are applied to this study to improve the accuracy of the research results.Quantitative and qualitative research method,like AHP、 Delphi、fuzzy evaluation and so on, are used in this thesis.
