With the increasingly severe aging situation,China is facing the prominent contradiction between the environmental supply of the elderly and the needs of the elderly group,and the elderly living environment quality and life happiness decline.As the main carrier of the daily activities of the elderly,comprehensive parks have a significant impact on their physical and mental health.Perfect site facilities and harmonious interpersonal communication can effectively increase the duration and frequency of park activities for the elderly,help to improve their health status and enhance their social participation.With the gradual in-depth understanding of the elderly and the optimum construction of senile matures,from the elderly multi-level demand,the introduction of elderly friendly concept,in order to realize the material and non-material level elderly friendly park as the goal,to build a set of comprehensive park fitness described,a comprehensive evaluation system for assessing park optimal aging degree,provide the basis for park of aging reconstruction and quantitative standard,It is of great significance to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly and promote social harmony.In this study to comprehensive park described research and policy analysis,on the basis of reading,the research significance of the paper and parks described evaluation system of the target and evaluation content,summed up the characteristics of the old type of park,namely,security,accessibility,identification,communication and participation,and to guide next step of senile survey and evaluation system to build.On this basis,the optimum described the problem of the old city district of jinan city comprehensive park present situation investigation,including the analysis based on the distribution of population density area of the park street,the elderly demand and activity time type traits of commonness and difference analysis,zhongshan park,baihua park,springs park as the optimum Lao Dian Xing analysis the elderly use present situation,Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and field investigation,this thesis summarized the age-appropriate problems of comprehensive parks in the old city area of Jinan City,and summarized the three basic components of park age-appropriate physical environment,age-appropriate communication environment and age-appropriate social environment,which were used as the guiding indicators of the evaluation system criterion layer.Through reading described related literature and construction requirements,preliminary identification of optimum factor 30,158 questionnaires collected optimum alzheimer factors important degree,through the factor analysis method selected 12 common factor,and the indicators are classified,eventually get optimum described the hierarchy structure of evaluation system of comprehensive park includes A target layer(A).There are 3 criterion layers(B),12sub-criterion layers(C)and 30 indicator layers(D).By calculating the coefficient of linear combination of factors,the initial weight of individual factors and the normalization of weight,the weight of indicators at all levels was determined,the evaluation criteria and basis of each indicator were set,and the level of aging of the comprehensive park was determined by the four-level system with the final score of A.They were "excellent"(A > 3 points),"good"(3?A >2 points),"average"(2?A > 1 points)and "poor"(A?1 points).Finally,Baihua Park is evaluated for its age-worthiness to verify the practical value of the evaluation system.The Baihua Park was evaluated for each index,and the final score and the grade of aging level were obtained by weighting.The results show that Baihua Park has a high level of age-appropriate level,reaching the second level "good".It has a convenient and perfect physical environment for the elderly and a harmonious and harmonious communication environment for the elderly.The score of social environment for the elderly is relatively low,but the public security of the park is stable and has certain conditions to promote the social participation and identification of the elderly.It has a good development potential in realizing the friendliness between the elderly and the social environment.And according to the evaluation result,the corresponding transformation strategy is put forward.
