| In recent years,governments at all levels have implemented the renovation of old communities as an important livelihood project,the purpose of which is to improve theliving environment of residents and improve their living standards.But how to evaluate the effect of the renovation of the old community,and how to make the renovation work more in line with the residential needs of residents,this is an important question that must be answered at present.As the process of social aging continues to increase,the proportion of the elderly population in old communities rises,and changes in the community’s population structure lead to changes in residential needs.When the old and new villages are renovated,they should also take into account the changes in the main needs of the living environment,namely The needs of the elderly for the living environment.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of livability of old residential areas in China.How to integrate the needs of residential aging into the evaluation indicators of livability in old residential areas in the context of aging population is to enrich the connotation of livability.The problem to be solved.Based on the above status quo,this article strives to establish a set of habitability evaluation system for old community transformation based on the aging of the population,through in-depth analysis of the livability evaluation results of the old community renovation project,to find problems and deficiencies,for the future The renovation of old communities provides a certain reference value.This thesis mainly studies from the following three aspects:(1)Sort out the domestic and international research on the evaluation of community livability and the status quo of old residential areas,and investigate the status quo of the renovation of old communities in Suzhou City and the living status of the elderly population,and understand the elderly in Suzhou old communities by issuing questionnaires People’s living needs.(2)On the basis of theoretical research and field investigation,build a livability index system based on the aging of the population,including 5 first-level indicators,13second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators.Indicators are empowered.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in the practical application of the livability evaluation of the two communities of Nanhuanxin Village and Panxi New Village.Conduct questionnaire interviews with residents and community staff in the community,calculate the scores of the first,second and third grade indicators before and after the transformation,and make a comparative analysis between before and after the transformation and the two communities.Propose corresponding improvement directions and measures for the livability of the old urban community transformation afterwards. |
