A Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Urban Ecological Community Based On User Perspective

With the gradual adjustment of urbanization process, the focus is oriented at quality instead of quantity; besides, with the improvement of people’s living quality, higher demand of living environment is required. Community, like a node in the network, as the most basic unit of the urbanization, forms the entire town. The study of community is a connecting link between the preceding and the following. In the current situation of urbanization, the study of community is of great significance.By tracing ecological community, comb out the logical relationship between the elements of the ecological community and determine ecological community system taking people as the core; and based on jieke theory, build the system theory model, simulate flowing carrier inside and outside the community taking people as the information entropy and describe the ecology of ecological community through the concept of openness; and also the preliminary design of user participation in community management model is to be improved. Microscopic ecological evaluation index system of cities and towns based on the mode is divided into the four major levels: urban environment, community function, artificial landscape, and people. Set four levels of decision criteria and make comprehensive evaluation of urban ecological community system using fuzzy mathematics, thus achieving the quantitative and qualitative analysis.According to the evaluation index system of ecological community from the perspective of users, taking Lugang Community in Tangshan and Cishan Second Street Village in Cishan County in Handan city as examples, after dealing with the indicator factor research results. After that, make the judgment based on maximum membership degree principle, and make comparison on the basis of judgment results, and the improvements will be achieved. By adjusting the openness and implementation, strategy implementation feasibility will be achieved.
