It is a common problem that generation load is Inadequate in the operation of sintering waste heat power station. The important restricted conditions are air-leak of ring cooler and advanced sintering end point. Operation diagnosis research on integration recovery power systems of sintering double waste heat source, has important engineering practice significance. Research on operation diagnosis for integration recovery power systems of sintering double waste heat source, is of great significance in engineering practice. For the problem which sintering waste heat power station generation load is low, sinter gas-solid heat transfer process which fixed material thickness was 1400 mm is studied starting from sintering heat source parameter distribution. Then, the optimal working parameters in experimental conditions is determined as cooling air flow of 922m3/h, inlet air temperature is 90?. Theoretical calculation model of condensing steam process and index model of limited and design generated energy of per ton sinter in sintering waste heat power station is established. Factors which influence hot exhaust gas parameters, such as BTP and ring cooler sealing are analyzed. Optimization methods are put forward, activity sealing device of ring cooler hood is developed and sinter sensible heat new power generation technology system is proposed. One domestic steel plant 265m2 sintering waste heat power station is also optimized, results showed: when BTP bellows is controlled at the #26, the ring cooler first and second segments outlet exhaust gas temperature reached 429.29? and 258.83?, respectively, improved 20? and 35?. Condenser vacuum is 90 k Pa, and sintering waste heat power station generation load upgrades from the 6481 k W to 8553 k W when adjusting exhaust temperature of steam turbine and inlet temperature of circulating water circulating water to 47.042? and 29.458?, which increased respectively by 3.167? and 8.038?. Results provide diagnostic strategies and solutions for the problem of low power load in sintering waste heat power station.
