Waste heat boiler is an important equipment that can transform heat energy to steam pressure in sintering waste heat power generation system.The operating conditions and parameter adjustment directly affect the steam turbine workability and power generation capacity.How to realize the efficient operation of power generation system has been widely concerned by the iron and steel enterprises and related scholars.s there is instability in the production of sintering production,resulting in frequent fluctuations in flue gas parameters,combined with thermodynamic theory,parameter association and mathematical model established an optimization model.The thermodynamic characteristics of flue gas and steam parameters under different working conditions were studied.The thermodynamic model of waste heat boiler was established.Then the parameters of main steam pressure,flash steam pressure,narrow spot temperature difference,hot end temperature difference,approach point temperature difference,exhaust gas dryness,sintering flue gas temperature and flow rate are optimized based on the thermodynamic characteristics model.Finally,the dynamic parameters of the flash-based waste heat power generation system of the 360m2 sintering machine and its associated 415m2 ring cooler are optimized.When the inlet flue gas temperature is 340?,the optimization result is 46.69% higher than the actual value,and the optimization at 360?.The result is higher than the actual 65.76%.The results show that the selection and optimization of dynamic parameters such as main steam pressure,flash pressure,flue gas flow rate and temperature have an important influence on improving the efficient operation of steel mills.Provide the theory for the dynamic parameter optimization of power plant system Guidance and reference,is conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of the sintering plant waste heat power generation system.
