With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, the safety and comfort of aircraft pressurized cabin has become a basic requirement of civil aircraft operations. If the event of accident to aircraft engine uncontained rotor burst had happened. Airplane pressurized cabin would have suffered a huge threat. Therefore, below the cruising altitude, pressurized cabin might have been damaged,if that had been hit by debris of uncontained rotor. Pressurized cabin had different pressure between inside and outside, leaking gas happening in, therefore, the passengers would have had physiological damage by lacking of oxygen. At present, although uncontained rotor burst has been carried out some related research at home, it is not be investigated that the problem of the impact on internal pressure to the pressurized cabin, and the depressurization rate of damaged pressurized cabin. According to airworthiness regulation, this paper has done some research on the problems of releasing pressure, which between penetration in pressurized cabin by uncontained debris before and after,as followed:1. According to CCAR25 and AC of FAA, it had been analyzed that protection, safety and releasing pressure of pressurized cabin by uncontained rotor. We could get technology parameters that has been related to the content of this article simulation, providing a basis for numerical simulation of this article.2. The issues had been analyzed that the safety of uncontained rotor burst to pressurized cabin. Function and structure of the pressurized cabin were analyzed; causes and characteristics of uncontained rotor debris, and safety of uncontained rotor debris in pressurized cabin safety were studied.3.The penetration effect of uncontained rotor debris burst to pressurized cabin was analyzed at the altitude of 2,400 meters for the study, using fragments of different sizes, depending on pressure outside the pressurized cabin, the use of ANSYS's nonlinear AUTODYN dynamics analysis software to simulate the process of research for uncontained rotor debris penetrating pressurized cabin.4.The functions that changed with time was got, through the pressurized cabin depressuri zation rate theoretical formula derived. Small holes' shape and the penetration effect on the re leasing the pressure rate were analyzed by calculation method; Finally, according to CCAR25.841,it could be reached that the planes' critical rate of falling off with different equivalent leakage area.
