Submunition is a kind of high-tech weapon that has developed rapidly in modern times,and it has extensive use space in the military field.Cabin opening and dispersion technology is an important part of the research and development process of the submunition.The dispersion area formed by the submunition scattering from the cabin on the ground is a key index to measure the combat effectiveness.In this paper,the piston-type dispersion system of the submunition is taken as the research object.The theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and simulation calculation are used to systematically study the cabin opening process,the internal ballistic process of the piston-type dispersion and the dispersion law of the submunition.The main work is as follows :(1)The basic structure and working principle of the submunition ’s piston open-cabin dispersion system are introduced,and the open-cabin mechanism of the submunition is studied.Using ANSYS / LS-DYNA nonlinear finite element software,based on ALE multi-material fluid-solid coupling algorithm,the process of head screw cracking caused by shock wave generated by detonator initiation was simulated,and the influence of different initiation positions of detonator and whether there is a prefabricated groove on head screw cracking was analyzed.(2)According to the structural characteristics of the piston dispersal system,based on certain basic assumptions,the dispersal interior ballistic process is divided into constant volume period and variable volume period,and the interior ballistic mathematical models of different periods are established.The calculation method of numerical simulation is selected to analyze the internal ballistic process of throwing.The variation trend of combustion chamber gas pressure,propellant combustion percentage,bullet velocity and bullet stroke is mainly studied,and the exit velocity of bullets with different layers is obtained.(3)To investigate the effects of different initial conditions on the dispersion of bullets.The change of ballistic parameters in the process of missile flight is analyzed by establishing the flight dynamics equation of the missile.The flight dynamics model and the drop point dispersion model of the bullet are established to analyze the drop point dispersion law of the bullet.By analyzing the change of the dispersion area of the bullet caused by the change of the dispersion height of the bullet,the angle of the guide tube and the rotational speed of the bullet,the influence law of each parameter on the dispersion of the drop point of the bullet is obtained,which provides a theoretical reference for improving the dispersion damage effect of the bullet weapon system.
