| It can help realizing equipment virtual design, and simulating the equipment maintenance process by using virtual maintenance technologies, and this can provide an effective method to do product maintainability design and analysis. This paper mainly studied the key technologies of immersive and interactive virtual maintenance simulation.Taking the disassembly of the air bleed valve of an aircraft engine as an example, the virtual simulation on the operation process of its maintenance was carried out based on the Unity simulation platform which was connected with the external virtual simulation hardware, and the corresponding qualitative and quantitative maintainability analysis results was achieved.Related research was carried out on creation of a regular human skeleton model, to create a simplified virtual human simulation model suitable for Unity environment; and then a complete expression model of integrated multi-dimensional information was created for the digital prototype of engine equipment.Creation and expression of virtual maintenance process simulation model were carried out with the application of modeling method based on Petri net. This method is visual and direct, and is very applicable and effective for creation of the maintenance process expression model by applying strict mathematical description method.Maintenance analysis of the equipment’s specific structure was performed according to the specific qualitative requirements of maintenance and parameter requirements of maintenance. Qualitative analysis was conducted mainly aiming to analyze a number of important qualitative indicators; overall consideration of the impact of various factors in actual maintenance process was performed, and the case-based reasoning method was applied combining the principle of similarity for analysis and forecast of the average maintenance time.It comprehensively applies the key technologies of virtual maintenance and develops the simulation system of virtual maintenance based on the Unity simulation platform. Based on this simulation system, it carries out analysis on the simulation and maintainability of themaintenance proves on the basis of the engine digital prototype model. The simulation analysis verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system. |
