| There are aircraft-related flight data stored in QAR. The data are not only used for accident investigation, also has been used as an important basis for monitoring flying qualities and excluding failures of aircraft. However, processing and applying QAR data in the current domestic airlines are still in its infancy, these companies just develop some related applications according to their own needs, which is lack of relative professional data processing, analysis and monitoring tools and methods. This paper has based on those and studies the aircraft airborne equipment of QAR data and develops a flight plan for the airline and helps aircraft in maintenance.First, it introduces that the domestic and foreign airlines and aircraft manufacturers use airborne QAR to develop and utilize the aircraft performance and introduces Boeing Airplane Health Management Software(AHM) and the different manners of aircraft flight data recorder The paper discusses various theories of monitoring aircraft flight data and data-processed programs related to flight data and the effect of data integration and predicted algorithm of related data on civil aviation flight and it also discusses an idea about monitoring QAR by using a reasonable method of data processing and aircraft performance.Then it gives a specific treatment for a specific problem in the design of aircraft performance monitoring program. The author uses the fusion theory in classic data and multivariate statistical process method and BP neural network method to process and research QAR data and at last determines the basic model in the monitoring system of aircraft performance, which is followed by these main modules: "QAR data storage module", "QAR data preprocessing module," "stable cruise data filtering module", "APM calculation and analysis module," "image data analysis and display module," " data to predict its impact factor analysis module, " and then establishes a performance monitoring and staff-oriented platform based on QAR data. Finally, there is a brief introduction about the basic functions of aircraft performance monitoring system and some practical value to improve the accuracy and applicability of data has been proved through actual data monitoring tests to process and apply QAR data. It also helps to reduce aviation hazards and aircraft fuel consumption and assist to choose an aircraft maintenance program. |
