| Transformer substation power systems has a very important role for any units and systems, power monitoring transmission system is an important means of production and operation management of modern power. It has a close relationship with the structure of the grid, tasks and organization. It must be promptly response to various events in power system, timely execute various control commands of the operator, the update cycle of measured value and event record time must to reach the second or even millisecond level; It also have the capability to record a large number of simultaneous events when big fault occur. This subject is mainly to realize remote transmits and monitor substation’s operation status in real-time, accumulate maintenance data; ensure reliable operation of the power system. The specific work includes the following aspects:Firstly, according to the analysis of the CAN bus which could be used in power monitor and control transmission. We designed the overall structure of the power monitor and control the transmission system. This paper will elaborate on the design and Implementation of the CAN bus adapter, including the hardware and software design of the CAN bus adapter, the PC driver and the realization of host monitor and control system software in power monitor and control the transmission system.Secondly the entire power monitor and control transmission system has been tested with functionality, and by the data summary analysis, a detailed maintenance procedures and threshold adjust period are set. These will lay a good foundation to achieve power system preventative maintenance and provide a strong power protection for the entire unit as well.Finally, we will summarize the main work of this subject, and list the next research content in further:capacity expansion base on current system, more power operation parameters will be involved into power monitor and control transmission system. |
