| As an important part of general aviation, rescue has caused a wide attention in the society. It is significant to develop the general aviation’s ability of disaster relief and accident rescue for perfecting our emergency rescue system.Aimed at key problems appeared in the process of rescue, the text has established a general aviation rescue information processing and simulation system based on 3D GIS platform, to simulate the process of rescue and information transmission from disaster accident to rescue system, and to visualize the process, in order to achieve the goal of improving the rescue efficiency and reducing the reaction time.Firstly, through the comparative analysis, it illustrates the main technologies used in the system and emphatically studies the method of using ant colony algorithm to plan path in general aviation rescue.Secondly, the functional requirements of the system are analyzed and the system’s overall framework is designed. According to the information transmission process, the operation process of the rescue system is designed and the warning information transmission model is given. From a business perspective it analyzes the function of the database, and gives a detailed design of storage format of data in the database.Finally, the implementation method of each function module in the system is presented, mainly including: the alarm information transmission based on the Active MQ point-to-point transmission model, meteorological data used Web Services technology to obtain, a two-dimensional network based on BaiduMap API that is embedded to implement the function of rescue resources information searching and positioning. In addition, relevant technological parameters of rescue aircraft and information of nationwide related general aviation enterprise are collected to establish an information database. A 3D aircraft model is used to simulate the rescue process in 3D GIS. |
