Standardized in accordance with the organizational structure of simulator design ideas,based on route troubleshooting theory, planned aircraft maintenance simulator functions rational which can determine its organizational structure to achieve its functionality. Using modular design methods, simulator can implement open system architecture design and dynamic simulation of line maintenance standards to achieve three levels of demand including system operation?testing and troubleshooting.First, overall design of the idea can be studied and determined from organization theory of management theory to apply to the design of aircraft maintenance simulator which summed up the function of simulator from the content and form of the organization theory to design out its structure according to the function.With reasonable development model of simulation machine proposed according to the relational structures of simulator, a complete system of simulator is determined to consist of the subsystem, the chain of command and control module(command subsystem) and so on.Secondly, with analysis and organization of A320 aircraft maintenance manual and related information, as well as refer to experts experience in the field of aircraft maintenance and historical troubleshooting database, the data packets of related logic and three models including fault simulator, circuit, operating from theoretical analysis of route troubleshooting are formed as the theoretical basis for training of troubleshooting. The function and structure of existing maintenance simulator are studied as a practical guidance of study on simulator.Finally, the function of Aircraft Maintenance simulator is summarized from the based model of organizational structure, and target functional roles workload of various subsystems about the simulator is analyzed to determine its functions. According to various system functions to establish the settings about the organizational structure of module, organizational design f the aircraft maintenance simulator is ultimately achieved. |
