Although the application of BIM technology and monitoring technology in large-span space steel structures has become more and more extensive,and finite element structure analysis is becoming more and more mature,there are still many shortcomings.For example,research using BIM technology to assist construction safety quality management is constantly being explored,but it is not combined with monitoring technology and structural analysis for safety control;after monitoring data acquisition,it cannot be compared with structural calculation data in real time,and the results are indicated.This caused the onsite staff to fail to make timely measures for the safety problems that occurred during the construction process;the measurement,monitoring data and finite element simulation analysis data were scattered,and there was no comprehensive management platform for integrating and analyzing all the information.Therefore,based on the problems existing in the safety and quality control of large-span space steel structures during construction,the following research work has been carried out:Firstly,according to the engineering overview and structural form of the Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center,a reasonable construction plan was determined,and the monitoring points were determined according to the results of the finite element simulation analysis.The design of the monitoring program was carried out.The success of the unloading indicates that the wireless monitoring is very effective.The monitored data will also be uploaded to the development platform in real time.Secondly,the detailed simulation analysis of the long-span space steel structure is carried out,including hoisting check calculation,sliding beam and lower support check calculation,calculation of sliding gird and concrete lap joint and simulation analysis of unloading whole process,through theoretical analysis data and The comparison of onsite realtime monitoring data proves the accuracy of finite element structural analysis.Finally,the simulated values under different working conditions are selected as the platform threshold.Thirdly,through software development,a large-span space steel structure construction control analysis platform can be established.The BIM model can be uploaded to the platform,and the monitoring data can be uploaded in real time.The monitoring data uploaded to the platform will be automatically compared with the simulated analysis data,and the result will be prompted.The platform quality evaluation part evaluates the construction quality of the large-span space steel structure by the deviation value of the spatial position coordinates.In addition,the field measured data can be entered into the platform together with the design values,and finally an information management platform including monitoring data,structural analysis data and measurement data can be formed.In addition,the platform is also equipped with a 3D simulation demonstration module,which enables people who are not familiar with the project to quickly understand the construction process.Finally,the established platform is applied in the steel structure engineering of Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center.The safety control analysis results show that the construction scheme is safe and reliable.The quality control analysis results show that the deviation of the spatial position coordinates is within the allowable range and has a high reliability.The overall operation results of the platform verify the feasibility of the proposed method and procedure,and can be widely applied to the construction of large-span space steel structures.
