In recent years, various large stadiums, the airport terminal building in all parts of the country to build a large number, building roof modelling is rich and colorful, these buildings are on a grand scale, but also brought along the roof rainwater drainage system design and structure of the joint force.This paper to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Terminal T3 a engineering as the research background, the project will roof drainage system syphonic drainage pipe built-in for concrete-filled steel tube columns by the steel pipe columns and syphonic drainage pipe installation construction mechanical performance analysis and Research on construction technology, to ensure construction safety and construction quality, is of great significance. The main contents and results of the research work in this paper:(1) The material of steel pipe column, a siphon pipe, the concrete raw materials control, the steel pipe columns and syphonic drainage pipe connecting structure design analysis, to ensure that the structure of the airport after the completion of the overall safety and using function.(2) Using finite element software ABAQUS 6.12, MidasGen800, of the steel pipe column lifting of truck crane walking on the floor in different construction conditions were simulated, analyzes the steel column hoisting structure in the process of the construction of safety performance. Conclusion: for truck crane in the floor walking construction conditions, on the route of the large span and poured band position, can be used for laying roadbed box or steel platform beam approach to achieve the diffusion of load distribution, meet the safety of construction, and for related engineering application period and mechanical properties analysis to provide technical support and reference.(3) Using the finite element software ANSYS to the installation of the steel pipe column process simulation carried out by force of empty tube hoisting deformation and stress distribution rules and further analysis and verification of safety properties in the process of lifting of steel pipe column. Conclusion: in the hoisting of steel pipe column, the reasonable reinforcement measures and hanging point set can greatly reduce steel tube column construction period of stress and deformation, greatly improving the safety performance of construction, provide certain reference for the engineering practice.(4) Through of steel pipe welding process was studied. It is found that the strengthening column steel tube production process quality control, can effectively reduce the probability of risks in the process of installation, guarantee steel pipe column hoisting and tube concrete pumping, jacking and during the Fust security and integrity. By studying the design of the siphon rainwater drainage system and the requirement of the pipe, it can be found that the characteristics of the pipe sealing and absorbing vibration can be improved, which can ensure the normal, safe, reliable and long term operation of the drainage system.(5) According to the construction process of steel pipe column built-in siphon rain pipe, combined with the research on the key technology in the process of construction, in the car driving crane hoisting process, the reasonable layout of the route can maximize the protection of the safety performance of structure during construction; established by using technical measures to control the network classification, can greatly reduce the measuring error in the design of joint cumulative; installation of steel column and Hong Straw, effectively guarantee the safety of construction and installation precision; through the research on the concrete pouring construction technology, good performance of concrete pumping scheme, design and calculation, in the pouring process can effectively improve the concrete flowability and workability safety and construction.
