| As Concrete filled steel tube arch bridge has many advantages including large span ability, mature in construction technology and beautiful inshape, It has been developing rapidly in recent years in our countury. Adopt the Mengdonghe bridge in Zhanghua highway in Hunan province as the engineering background, a detailed research havs been carried on the following aspects:(1)Summarizeed the basic calculation theory and design method of steel pipe concrete arch bridge, and focused on the ultimate bearing capacity calculation method of concrete filled steel tubular components.(2)Proposed the structure selection theory of Concrete filled steel tube arch bridge;Summrized the structure characteristics of deck type and half-through and through arch bridge; And the design experience have been summed up including the the arch rib section form, arch axis, height of truss, the arrangement of web members.(3)Analylized the mechanical characteristics of deck arch bridge, and proposed the use of the lattice column structure to enhanced stability of the compressed column upon the arch as the column height is too large; according to the stress concertration of the arch, Proposed a new arrangement style of web members under concentrated force position with double vertical web member and reverse V type oblique abdominal rod, and the peak stress in arch rib node was recuced effectively.(4)The calculation and analysis of the main arch and lattice arch column and steel beam of Mengdonghe Bridge was done, and the mechanical performance was poved by the calculation results.(5)According to the section internal force influence line analysis of the catenary hingeless arch and finite element simulation of construction process, the loading principle of the structure upon the arch,that is "Successive balanced, symmetrical construction", and the partial symmetric construction scheme from the arch to arch bottom,was achieved. |
