| With the development of the society and the continuous improvement of economic level, Our country pays more and more attention to the development of county area. The traffic demand of Residents in the county increases gradually. So the government’s devotion of building county road is also more and more. When residents travel, the requirement of road traffic safety becomes more and more high. In the scope of the jurisdiction of the county road quickly, it is the most serious problem how to improve the traffic safety of county road, and reduce traffic accident to happen. However, safety evaluation is an important part of the study of road traffic safety.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to evaluate the traffic safety of county road. The typical road in the county area serves as the research object, such as the county roads and the township roads, which belong to the grade roads. Research the traffic status of county road, analyze the influencing factors, select the targeted index system of the safety evaluation, choose appropriate safety evaluation method, set up safety evaluation model, finally an application for safety comprehensive evaluation. In this paper specific content is as follows:Firstly, this paper including mainly posing problem, literature review, conclusion based on the literatures, research significance and research method, research content and technical route.Secondly, The characteristics of county road safety were analyzed in this paper, including the classification of country road, the characteristic analysis of country road and the analysis of accident characteristic of country road.Thirdly, the analysis of influence factor was analyzed in this paper, the system was taken as unit in this chapter and the "person-vehicle-road" was treated as a system, the influence of person, vehicle, road, management and environment on county road was researched in this paper.Forth, The safety evaluation method was selected in this paper, including the evaluation method, the establishment of safety evaluation index system, the analysis of common safety evaluation methods, and the determination of country road safety evalusation method.Fifth, SanTai county was selected as a example in this paper to analysis the rationality of hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment method, the research content mainly including the introduction of SanTai county, the traffic safety situation analysis between 2008 and 2014, the safety evaluation of country road, provincial road and national road, and the evaluation results were analyzed.The research results of this paper provide a reference on county road traffic safety evaluation. |
