Hydraulic motor as a very important part in the engineering machinery, is widely used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, ocean transportation and so on. Ram bent axis hydraulic motor assembly is very complicated in the hydraulic motor series. It has high requirement for the assembly process. The thesis research direction is the sealing performance after the ram bent axis hydraulic motor is finished assembly. The research point is to optimize the air leak test process parameter. According to hydraulic motor assembly process, air leak test is a very important method to test the motor assembly right or not and have good sealing performance. Therefore, using a series of scientific and reasonable air leak test process parameter can ensure the air leak test result reach the accuracy requirement, find the scrap accurately, improve the scrap identification ratio and reduce the erroneous judgment ratio. It can reach the GR&R of the MSA and assembly line producing time step.According to the requirement based, the research was done. The thesis through research the various kinds of process parameters, found each kind of process parameter to affect the test result extent and give out the best group of process parameter. The air leak test method is to compare the pressure difference between test motor and standard pot by the air leak tester and according to the setting process parameter to transfer the pressure to leakage flow rate to justify the test motor has the qualified sealing performance or not. The thesis did below works. First, setup the mathematical model between the air leak test result and the process parameters. Second, use ANSYS Workbench, the finite element method software to simulate the air leak test procedure and result. Third, using the orthogonally experiment to verify and using the range analysis to analyze each process parameter affect extent. Determine the best group of the process parameter(optimized combination of the process parameter). Using the optimized process parameter can test the hydraulic motor quickly and accurately and analyzed the cause and effect between process parameter and test result. Last, use GR&R in MSA to analyze the result. |
