| More and more higher requirements of marine engine economy and emissions have been put forward with the growing shortage of oil resources and the increasingly stringent emission regulations,which is mainly depended on the whole combustion process in the cylinder.The electronically-controlled transformation of fuel system matched the right chamber is one of efficient measures which saves energy and reduces emission.In this paper,take the 4190 type diesel engine as research object.The mechanical fuel injection pump is transformed to control combination single-cylinder fuel injection pump,then match different shape of combustion chamber,in order to improve fuel injection pressure and guarantee high quality of combustion in cylinder at the same time.This paper apply in AMESim simulation software building electronic control unit pump single-cylinder fuel injection system model and using experimental date validate the model.A regression orthogonal experiment design method optimized various structure parameters,and optimization parameters groups are got,then adopt the three-dimensioned simulation software FIRE to establish the burning in cylinder simulation model of different shapes chamber diesel engine,using orthogonal experiment design method and quadratic orthogonal experiment design method to optimize the combustion system parameters.First of all,use fuel injection pump system model analyze the influence on the char acteristic of fuel injection which caused by length of plunger,CAM shape linear velocity,diameter of orifice,length and diameter of high pressure fuel pipe,improving the inject ion pressure as the optimization goal,a regression orthogonal experiment design method i s used to optimize multiple parameters.The outcome shows that a linear velocity of the CAM,the diameter of plunger,orifice diameters has a greater influence to injecting char acteristics,three groups of structural parameters optimization schemes named 10×0.22-15.0-0.46-900-1.4,8×0.26-15.0-0.46-900-1.4 and 6×0.30-15.0-0.46-900-1.4,which meets the inj ecting design pressure requirement of the electric control unit pump.Secondly,AVL-FIRE software is used to establish the burning in cylinder simulation model.The effect on combustion of optimized fuel system parameters group,spray timing,spray angle and different aperture ratio of different shape of chamber are studied based on single parameter rotary method.Lastly,the combustion system parameters are optimized thought three experimental methods which named single factor optimization method,orthogonal experiment method and quadratic orthogonal experiment method.The individual influence coefficient to fuel consumption,indicate power and NOx emission,optimized parameter group of combustion system and quadratic regression equation are obtained based on comparative analysis the optimization results of three methods. |
