In recent years, the housing industry has reached an unprecedented scale at the represent ofreal estate in our country, which has greatly promoted the development of urbanization. But the construction method of traditional housing industry is still mainly on extensive and manual wet work, the resulting environmental pollution and energy consumption increased dramatically. Meanwhile, with the increasing labor costs, the cost of housing construction is also getting higher and higher. To further implement the concept of sustainable development, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry, effectively reduce energy consumption and waste of resources, enhance the quality of life, Our government and the society have pay more attention to the research and promotion of the industrialization housing, hoping to adopt industrial technology to replace the traditional way of housing construction, which can reduceits cost, improve the quality of living and accelerate the process of housing industry in China.At present, the structural system of housing industrialization has been relatively mature in our country, andthe department of quality system has been constantly improving. However, due to lack the method of apartment layout design adapting to the industrial production, the process of China's housing industry has been severely restricted, and the renewal of the design method of the industrialized housing units has become the bottleneck of the development of the housing industry in our country. Because amalgamated dwelling is the most common form of housing in China, it is imperative to explore the design method of the industrial amalgamated dwelling.In this paper, the influence factors of apartment layout design towards amalgamated dwelling are clarified, which is on the basis of research on Housing Industrialization at home and abroad, drawing on the theory of standardization, modularization and general design, especially focus on the analysis of the analysis of the industrial technology and the relationship between residential demand and apartment layout design, proposing the design method and specific process which combined with the design features of the industrial amalgamated dwelling. Meanwhile, focus on the process of fine design about the industrial amalgamated dwelling and expand the apartment layout serialization, thus enable the apartment layout to meet the needs of the diversity of living on the basis of satisfying the requirements of industrial production.In this paper, the innovation point is to define the difference between the industrial residential and traditional residential, the key point is that the mode of production and construction in different ways. Put forward the method and process of the design of the residential amalgamated dwelling based on the characteristics of the industrialized house.In addition, focus on the adaptability to the transformation of the mode of industrial production through the fine design of the unit.This paper has enriched the related theories of the design method of the industrialized housing units andhas certain practical significance towards the design of the residential amalgamated dwelling.
