Aimed to the main problem and the development trend of informationization indomestic and overseas coal-burning power plant, this theis described the main development direction of China’s thermal power plant of information technology. Itelaborated the real time database, gap technology, network structure, and the system functions of the Dushanzi thermal power plant plant-level monitoring information system (SIS)This theis also discussed the software requirements analysis, architecture design, system functions and system testing. According to the SIS system function, thetheis introduced briefly of the six major categories and30functional modules,includingthe data acquisition and application, economic analysis and application, optimal controland operation, equipment (system) state detection and fault diagnosis, unit performancetest, reliability management. This theis described12common-used functions. SISsystem mainly described two kinds of specific function block implementation process,Focus on the design of the interface code, statements generated code and dataacquisition codeThe SIS system is an information network between the production process controlsystem and management system platform, Network design, not only to meet theirsecurity and reliability, but also to ensure the safety and reliability of the productionprocess control system and management system.
