| Along with the progressing of the markets-oriented reform in Chinese electric power enterprises, all the power generating enterprises are studing and developing the Supervisory Information System(SIS) in thermal power plant, in order to enhance their competitive ability in power market, reduce power production cost and enhance competitive ability, and improve the efficiency and management levels.SIS is belong to the evaluation of process automation. The system is a data bridge between the distributed control systems and the enterprise management systems, and also provides the multi-level real-time data for management. Based on the distributed control system and for the purpose of economic operation and enterprise efficiency, SIS can realize the information share in enterprise and the control of electricity production process, which increasing the safety and reliability of the unit, by using advanced and efficient algorithm in the profession.The constitution of SIS in thermal power plant is introduced in this paper, and the application condition is presented in detail. The paper combines the instance of several projects, makes a throughout and complete analysis on the configuration, hardware interface, software interface, network interface, realization of function, and computational methods of SIS in power generating enterprises.In this paper, the innovation or solution of the work can be listed as follows.1.A communication model among engineering is also designed with data transformation within the coverage area, and approach to network communication problems of wired media in practical project by using Wireless Network.2.This paper gives a particular description of the division of security zones in power enterprise, and the realization of software interface due to different understandings of the division. Adopting an appropriate code design, this system provides a reliable data transmission among different security zones.3.Description of contrast and selection of SIS real-time dababase platforms is then given, and some private opinions on the performance difference among databases is put forward for making the right selection of equipment types. 4. A realistic assessment of SIS network platform flow and principle of equipment types selection, which can avoid the waste in present projects.The system had been put in use. It realized remote controlling of supercritical unit DCS, handling equipments of water, coal and ash, electrical installations, and desulfurization equipment. The production planner could obtain present situation of equipment and existing problems online anytime, which had greatly improved ability for equipment management. This system also realized automatically generating the report forms of factory and computerized check-up system. The computerized check-up system made the result fair and equitable. With the use of the system, the security and reliability of power plant were improved, performance of the units was safer, steady and economic, economic efficiency of enterprise was enhanced. |
