Research On Integrated Control On Construction Project Quality, Project Time Limit And Cost Within AZ Enterprise

How the construction enterprise can enhance their project managing technology to ensure the project quality, to comply the time limit for a project and to realize cost objective simultaneously has become the basic requirements for the its survival and development, especially when the competition becomes fierce, the demand for better quality is increasing, the time limit for project is being squeezed and the cost contract is decreasing.Based on the research of construction project and its various stages of implementation, this paper puts forward a method to integrate the control system of construction project quality, time limit for project and cost. It also puts forward the integrated control model based on the combination of construction project quality, time limit for project and cost target. This method can effectively solve the problems of construction projects, and improve the economic and social benefits of AZ construction enterprises.The theoretical significance of this paper is to explore the existing problems and solutions within construction project from the perspective of construction enterprises, and to provide the basis for decision-making and reference within the construction enterprises, so that the project management objectives become clear, efficient and orderly under control. The practical significance of this paper lies in the fact that it can be proved by the actual construction projects.
