Safety is the cornerstone of the civil aviation industry. A high efficiency maintenance management enables an airline to reduce operating costs and increase operation efficiency on the basis of safety, thus the airline could better development. Reliability is an important manifestation of aircraft safety, and reliability management system can provide a scientific guidance to maintenance management for airlines. With more advanced equipment being put into use, aircraft systems have become mightier and the structure more complex, thus calls for a higher requirement on aircraft maintenance. This article aims at looking into the lacking of the component reliability management system on the data collection and analysis and providing a reasonable solution.By studying the processes of airline's reliability maintenance, the object and scope of aircraft component reliability analysis can be defined, as well as the establishment of warning threshold. This article discussed aircraft component failures used the least square method to carry out the parameter estimation and selected four common component failures distribution model according to correlation coefficient. While a parameter estimation is proceeded with Maximum pseudo-Likelihood method, and then component failures distribution model can be elected by K-S method. By drawing the failure rate curve and comparing the difference between the two methods, the component failures distribution analysis method can be determined. That is to say, to determine the component failure distribution model based on the correlation coefficient and to solve distribution model parameters with the least squares method.By analysing in the existing failure data on system hydraulic accumulator and electric motor driven pump, aircraft component reliability analysis method which was provided in this article can be proved. It help to establish the theoretical foundation for making maintenance decision.Based on the reliability analysis of components while combined airline maintenance management needs and associated data, this article developed a component reliability information management program with the help of C programming language and SQL Servers2005 data management software. The system consists of data collection, data query,data analysis and system management. It meets airlines' requirements on reliability information collection and analysis. It will greatly improve the efficiency of airline maintenance management.
