This article explores the aero-engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology by three aspects : the monitoring of engine gas path performance parameter diagnosis, engine oil data monitoring and engine vibration diagnosis. The subject builds the intelligent monitoring system by using host computer acquires engine gas path, vibration and oil data, with transmitting data using the WiFi wireless data transmission module and the servo computer for monitoring and diagnosis. The engine gas path performance is diagnosed by calculating the gray correlation between the deviations of trend map and the fingerprints using the gray relation theory optimized by the particle swarm algorithm for enlarging the distinguishing degree of grey correlation. It describes the diagnosis of the vibration signal with the example of bearing fault vibration signal processing, the energy sequence of the characteristic band frequency is got by the process of de-noising, envelope demodulation and peak energy normalization, the fault type of bearing would be diagnosed using the gray relation method optimized by the entropy. For oil system monitoring, the model of oil quantity forecasting was built by RBF neural network between the initial flight oil quantity, engine condition parameters and the take-off oil quantity,to evaluate the engine health status diagnose through the monitoring of oil quantity.
