Aviation maintenance as a comprehensive engineering technology disciplines, the traditional timing maintenance mode is gradually being phased out, the health management technology which based on state monitoring, prevention in the main has become popular since the Second World War. But the our country civil aviation maintenance development is unsatisfactory, maintenance work mainly rely on traditional "master" mode, automation, electronic level is low; currently used in the domestic civil aircraft health management system is almost always come from abroad, we can not get the master aircraft and engine operating data at the first time, maintenance of the initiative is unable to grasp the in hand.For the current situation of domestic aviation maintenance, combined with the actual needs of an airline, provided by the airlines, aircraft engine operating data as the core, around the civil aviation engine heath management do the following research: First of all,analysis and study the world is now using most advanced aviation engine heath management system, force the Independent aeroengine health management system divide into four modules, including real-time monitoring module, database module, method library module and output module; then according to the requirements of the subject and the airline demand, detailed analysis and design realized four modules in the database module and method module library functions. Then through the use of B / S architecture to build a database system for aeroengine health management system, and is based on MyEclipse and MySQL as a development tool developed based on Struts2 framework of aeroengine health management database software. At last, study and analyze the expression form of the airline to give fault case, design these fault cases in the database representation and storage mode, thus realizing the engine fault case database management and rely on the database system of aeroengine fault diagnosis.The results of practical application show that completed aeroengine health management database system can be fast and efficient management of Aeroengine health data and real-time display, but also can accurately diagnose civil aviation engine fault, so as to improve the civil aviation engine operation information management capabilities.
