Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) as a new type of clean energy,has been widely used in renewable energy fields.With the promotion of liquefied natural gas filling station in China,requirement of LNG Dispenser is also increasing.It has positive effect to design a high performance dispenser control system for the field of new energy.Through the control system to achieve functions of dispenser,it can ensure stable operation of gas station.In this paper,axiomatic design theory is the guiding theory for the research and development of control system.The application of axiomatic design in software design and system design is used to research of control system.The client demand of the dispenser control system is transformed into system function.Mapping relations between functional domains and structure domains can help us decompose system function and system structure into corresponding sub function and sub structure module.The design matrix of each sub function and sub structure is established in the decomposition process.The relationship among various sub modules can be analyzed by matrix.So coupled phenomenon of complex structure can be excluded.In a word,axiomatic design theory can help us select appropriate design scheme and complete functional analysis for control system design.After getting a clear design scheme,appropriate functional areas and wiring planning are selected for hardware design through modular design concept.Suitable operating system and design process are selected for software design through soft requirement.The overall design has always been to meet the requirements of independence of axiomatic design.The design scheme provides a clear direction for design and reduces possible errors.This design scheme combines with design experience of several generations of products and something need to be improve.Above all,the performance of control system is improved greatly.The reliability and stability of software and hardware are tested in this paper.The test is based on actual requirements.System control box is designed to carry out environmental adaptability test.After that, a series of test results show that LNG dispenser control system has precise measurement,accurate serial port data,rapid and stable filling action.Theenvironmental adaptability test meets the test standard completely.All results prove that the overall performance is stable and reliable.
