Water is a pivotal element for human survival.It not only promotes the body’s metabolism and regulates the body’s temperature,it is also an indispensable medium for biochemical reactions in all human physiological activities.With the advancement of science and technology,people’s requirements for drinking water have been increasing.Generally,traditional water dispenser only possess heating functions,while cooling functions have long been one of the core selling points valued by consumers,especially in overseas markets,which have considerable sales potential.The refrigeration effect and other core performance of the whole machine are inseparable from the refrigeration system.Meanwhile,environmental problems such as ozone layer holes and global warming caused by Freon refrigerants are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the system analysis and optimization design of water dispenser can not only improve user experience,increase product sales and expand the market,but also reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution.Based on our company’s water dispenser market development strategy,this thesis conducts the research on the markets and users,analysis of the current product functional requirements,the refrigeration system and product designed of water dispenser,performance test and analysis of the prototype.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)On the basis of in-depth research on the sales data and user requirements of the water dispenser in the market and a data differentiation analysis,the demands of performance characteristics of the water dispenser in the product design stage were systematically summarized.Some functional characteristic indexes such as cooling water capacity,power consumption and operation stability are obtained which are the key requirements of this work;(2)According to the requirements of environment-friendly refrigerant,four refrigerants are selected for off-condition analysis and exergy analysis of the refrigeration system.And the effects of condensation temperature,evaporation temperature,degree of supercooling and superheating on refrigerant performance and refrigeration system exergy efficiency are analyzed.Meanwhile,the differences of the various parameters of the refrigerants under theoretical cycle conditions were compared,and R600 a is selected as the refrigerant selected for this work.(3)After determining the working conditions and refrigerant,the thermodynamic cycle for the refrigeration system of the water dispenser is calculated.And the selection and adaptation of the compressor,condenser,evaporator,capillary tube and the design of the whole machine structure are carried out in turn according to the load parameters of each component.After the design was completed,the whole machine was assembled,and the manufacturability analysis and performance test of the assembled prototype are carried out,whose test results meet the design requirements.
