| As the scale of hospitals continues to expand accompanying with the types and quantities of drugs continue to increase,the introduction of automated dispensing equipment in hospitals has become an inevitable demand,and the construction of intelligent pharmacies has become an inevitable trend.This paper designs a fully automatic boxed medicine dispenser through the structural design,mechanical characteristics analysis,kinematic and dynamics simulation and parameter optimization,which shows high storage capacity and efficient.According to the functional requirements of each system of the dispenser,the overall design scheme is determined.Then the main components of the dispenser are designed,including the mechanical gripper of the dosing system,the tank shell and tank of the storage system as well as the dispensing device of the dispensing system,etc.The selection of the driving power is also completed.Solid Works software and Ansys Workbench software are used to build 3D model and analyze static parameters of the bottom medicine box to verify the rationality of the selected design parameters of the medicine tank baffle,respectively.The mechanical characteristics of the key components of the dispenser are analyzed and optimized.Based on the theory of modal analysis,Ansys Workbench software is used to perform multi-modal simulation of the manipulator of the dosing system,so as to initially determine the design parameters of the manipulator claw and optimize the parameters,and Adams software is applied to verify the rationality of the selected parameters.Mechanical analysis and transient simulation are conducted for the pallets of the drug storage system,and the structure of the pallets is further optimized.Transient analysis and fatigue analysis are conducted for the push rod of the dispensing system,and structural optimization is carried out for its easy deformation and fatigue parts.The overall parameters of the dispenser are optimized to improve its fatigue resistance and extend its working life.On the basis of establishing the kinematic theoretical model,the kinematic analysis of the overall mechanism of the dispenser is carried out by using Adams software to determine its dispensing path and verify the stability of the dispenser’s work.Then the scheme design and key hardware selection of the control system of the dispensing device are carried out,and the relevant control program was written by using PLC to lay the foundation for the subsequent practical application of the research. |
