The management and control system of filling machines in intelligence, networking and datamation will be a driving force to promote the development of CNG vehicles and the powered energy industry.The management and control system of filling machines in this research is closely integrated the design requirements of embedded technology and management control system."Core board"+"expansion board" system hardware architecture which is based on ARM11controller has been chosen. Application software development technology based on Qt/E and driver development technology based on Linux are adopted to design the system applications and drivers. The application software’s main work is to design a good interactive interface and data management systems from the operating interface of the system, database systems, and business logic and other aspects in the in Qt/E platform. Meanwhile, details the design of LCM driver module. And test the reliability of the system’s hardware configuration, drivers and application with multiple sets of cases. Meanwhile, this paper also thoroughly studied the flow metering system filling machine, proposed a design scheme with "double meter", using PID control method to control the magnitude of the flow meter, and realizes the flow meter communication design based on Modbus protocol.The study designs a good user interface and database management s ystem, basically completes the designof gas dispenser management contr ol system, and achieves the desired results. Amplitude controlling algorith m based on PID control provides the theoretical basis for the flowmeter’s self-directed/customized design Finally, This paper proposes the improv ed and optimized solution for the system. |
