Pneumatic accessories comprehensive test-bed will be completed the study of large, medium and small current capacity combine into one of civil aircraft pneumatic accessories based on the computer control, which has pneumatic accessories machinery and the electrical specification test function. Research and development of pneumatic accessories comprehensive test-bed have the significant significance in pneumatic accessories test aspect.Firstly, basing on the demand analysis of pneumatic accessories test-bed, put forward overall design plan of pneumatic accessories test-bed. The test-bed consists of air supply, control system, artificial load, detection and data acquisition system, and can be used on parts of the aircraft pneumatic accessories. During overall design, we take LabVIEW software technique for development platform and between LabVIEW and PLC actualize communications adopting RS-232, through PLC can sample and gather the test date, which control dummy control system of test- bed. By the studying of the typical pneumatic accessories, the dummy control system can not only meet pneumatic accessories test demand, but also it has two kinds of test methods, manual testing and automated testing.Secondly, the paper introduced in detail the basic theory of rule-based expert system and the various parts of composition and functions of expert system integration advantages. We proposed a new idea which combines fault tree analysis with rule–based expert system, which can study fault tree of the quantitative and qualitative analysis in detail, express knowledge totally, systematically and logically and realizes knowledge acquisition and the constitution inference mechanism. It can improve the diagnosis capability and efficiency and increase the efficiency of pneumatic valve equipment maintenance. The results show that the stand has significant value for improving the test-function and economy of the aircraft pneumatic accessories.
