Abstract/Summary:
This study, based on the Current Pavement Management System(CPMS), sets up and shares the database. Based on a large scale of the measuring data analysis and the field investigation, it proposes four control indexes, namely, PSSI, RQI, PCI, RDI, and four single trigger indicators, including Cracking Rate, Rutting Depth, Functional Defection Rate, and SFC, to determine the proper pavement maintenance time and present the criteria. Referring to models of the asphalt pavement performance in and outside of China, as well as the previously collected data, this paper tries to build an asphalt pavement model to detect the attenuation trends and predict the performance. Combining the pavement management system with the precautionary maintenance technology, a comprehensive maintenance and management system for Liaoning expressway was established, providing support for a scientific and normative management. Through several highways years of testing data, respectively for negative exponential curve model, the modified S type curve model and fitting method for mathematical model put forward by the professor li-jun sun, draw several model, the optimal fitting parameters, through the contrastive analysis of the fitting parameters, it can be seen that the negative exponential curve model can well simulate the change of the pavement performance indexes, the correlation coefficient is higher.Through paving a test road on the micro-surfacing, carrying out a accelerated pavement test on the micro-surfacing, verifying the anti-track, anti-skid, and waterproof capacity as well as the collaborative deformation ability with original pavement, the paper gets the conclusion of the pavement performance on the micro-surfacing technology. Micro-surfacing has good rutting resistance, fatigue resistance, resistance to water damage and anti-sliding ability, the micro table place improved the original road surface under the condition of repeated load stress and strain characteristics, thus improving the original pavement fatigue properties, can better meet the needs of the highway preventive maintenance.By a follow-up survey and the inspection data before and after the traffic opening on the construction section of the ultra thin friction course(UTFC) and the micro-surfacing, the paper evaluates the effects of the two technologies in preventive maintenance.
