Asphalt pavement in some embarrassing burden, of diseases occur, urgent need for asphalt pavement maintenance: preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, pavement renovation and reconstruction, etcAsphalt pavement maintenance includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, pavement repairs and reconstruction. Preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement maintenance technology as a new technology for damages, is a slight performance deficiencies and damage the roads taken by the active conservation measures, preventive maintenance includes Micro surfacing and slurry seal, gravel layer, SMA cover face,fog seals,cover and heat regeneration, etc,including micro-surfacing with wear-resistant, slip-resistant, waterproof, smooth performance, fast-opening traffic within a short time, the advantages of effectively extend pavement life, are widely used in the daily maintenance of asphalt pavements.Based on the related research at home and abroad for reference,this article on diseases of common diseases was carried out a field survey and analysis of highway of Rutting, cracking and longitudinal cracks, water damage, combing summary of several typical external causes (traffic volume increase sharply, serious overloading transfinite, imperfect environmental impact and drainage facilities and other factors) of early disease in asphalt pavement; And analysis to determine the micro-Surfacing Maintenance construction have been adopted by the matrix asphalt, modifier, emulsifier and stabilizer such as raw materials, then this paper introduced the preparation of modified emulsified asphalt, mix proportion design, construction technology, etc. Through the statistics of implementation of the micro-Surfacing Maintenance road pavement condition index from 2011 to 2013, roughness index and anti-sliding coefficient,the implementation of pavement condition index, roughness index and the change trend of anti-sliding coefficient,analysis of contrast have been evaluated different kinds of pavement diseases after using the micro-Surfacing Maintenance from 2011 to 2013. Finally, summarizing existing preventive maintenance technology of an expressway:The micro-surfacing, ultra-thin wearing course, asphalt hoof fat rubble cover face, the scope of the fog sealing layer, effect and the advantages and disadvantages of the applicable scope of the seal to provide evidence for the selection of a certain highway preventive maintenance measures.Research conclusions:1. The heavy traffic has become the direct reason for frequent occurrence of various diseases of asphalt pavement.2. Choosing SK90 matrix asphalt, the SBS modifier, complex matches emulsifier of 2:1 ratio, complex matches stabilizer of 3:1 ratio,and adjusting pH value of modified emulsified asphalt between 5-6, can effectively improve the effect of the application of the micro table place.3. Through the micro-Surfacing Maintenance construction processing sections of road quality, smoothness and anti-sliding performance have greatly been improved. |
