In the condition of improving land utilization and inventory of development has been the consensus in the industry, intensive urban land use has become the standard of the success for a project. The rapid development of rail transportation not only deeply affects the way people travel, but also means great significance to urban space development and utilization of land: the intervention of rail transportation in the urban environment completed effect the surrounding land property, the industrial layout and urban spatial structure deeply. Therefore, how to orient different types of the urban space development around different statons by virtue of metro systems has been the issue under discussion deserved investigation.Different types of sites combined with its surrounding urban space, should have different development models.Typically, types of station combined with urban space development most are commercial development, and the buildings are bigger. There are mature experiences in Japan, Singapore, China and Hong Kong. But in the process of old city renewal, the urban space around many stations in city are not bounteous, it would be unlikely to develop large and functional complex by virtue of every station, and it’s also not necessary. So urban rail transit station “quasi complex” is proposed in the condition of how to accords with the functional composite in the condition of the lack of land resource. This kind of architectural form has been implemented in some cities, such as Okayama Metro Station in Tokyo, Tsing Yi Metro Station in Hong Kong and Liziba Metro Station in Chongqing.Represented by Liziba Metro Station of CRT Line 2, by investigating the servicemen of the station and the post-occupancy-evaluation, urban rail transit station “quasi complex” is proposed, and the thesis divided into the parts below centering on the the research of “quasi comlex”::(1) Background : introducing the background of the present reality and policy background: namely, increasingly scarce land resources, the rapid development of rail transit and promote the intensive utilization of land and other related regulations to background, this paper expounds the research origin. For some relatively low tension, urban space surrounding land site, introduces a different view of research: the rail transit station "quasi complex".(2) Concept Analysis : urban rail transit station "quasi complex" is derived from the concepts of urban complex and rail transit station complex, but it is different from those two types.According to the traditional definitions of urban complex and rail transit station complex, and the characteristics of urban rail transit station "quasi complex", this part focus on the definition of the concept a.(3) Basic Situation: this part is about the reasearch of the balance between “nodes- places “of urban rail transit station "quasi complex" by virtue of the "node- places" model;and classification of the types of urban rail transit station "quasi complex" by virtue of the way of classification for the urban complex, as the basis of the research following.(4) Establishment of POE for Urban Rail Transit Station & Residence Jonit-built of Liziba Metro Station: firstly, introduce the causes of the formation of the current situation and service of the station. Investigate the actual and primary evaluation of the user experience. Get to know the environmental factors that user more concerned about through questionnaire survey. And then build the preliminary evaluation index system; Filter the index by the form of "environmental factors importance " score, to establish the final index set; Index weight is calculated by applying the software yaahp ahp and construct evaluation system; To score the satisfaction evaluation by the residents and obtain the final comprehensive evaluation; Analyze the evaluation results and the reasons for the formation;(5) Qualitative Evaluation of Development Feasibility: In the perspective of architecture, establish the factors of preliminary qualitative evaluation system construction for urban rail transit station "quasi complex" development model feasibility, with the key issues associated with the profession. Choose some of the Chongqing rail transit stations and analyze comprehensively urban rail transit station "quasi complex" development model feasibility.(6) Urban Rail Transit Station “Quasi Complex”design: this part is about the research of principles and methods in the field of urban design and architectural design. The former research is about the relationship among urban rail transit station “quasi complex”, the urban traffic system and area around the station. The latter is about the relationship among functional subsystems in urban rail transit station “quasi complex” and the key points and methods of all kinds of different functional spaces.(7) Granularity of Urban Design : Though the field reaserch and the evaluation of urban rail transit station & residence jonit-built of Liziba Metro Station, analyz the results of the evaluation and propese optimization scheme for the problems exposed. In the face of more and more complicated urban space environment, the urgent improvement of land utilization, and the rapid development of rail transportation, the proposal of urban rail transit station "quasi complex" afford a new view for the relationships between the three above. The POE of urban rail transit station & residence jonit-built of Liziba Metro Station is fully affirmed, which provides important support for the mode of urban rail transit “quasi complex”.Hope the feasibility of qualitative evaluation of the mode provides reference value for the urban space environment, land utilization and rail transit system.
