At present,with the rapid development of urban rail transit system,accurate analysis and prediction of passenger flow attraction of new rail transit stations is a very important issue in network planning and network operation.From the perspective of land use space,this paper studies the calculation method of attraction range of new rail transit stations and the prediction method of passenger flow attraction based on land use,mainly including the following contents:(1)Analysis of problem and collection and processing of data.Analyzed the process and influencing factors of passenger flow at urban rail transit stations,put forward a research idea of the problem of passenger flow at new rail stations based on land use,and clarified the content of the research data that this paper needs to obtain.Using a combination of web crawler technology and questionnaire field survey method,the land use data and traffic travel data of the rail station were obtained,and the K-means clustering algorithm was used to analyze the gradient characteristics of the land around the station.Laid the data foundation.(2)Calculation of the passenger flow attraction range of newly-built rail stations.Introduce the theory of reachability and consistency to study the method of determining the attraction range of station passenger flow based on the generalized cost,construct the comprehensive connection cost function based on the traffic sharing data,and the generalized cost function for rail and bus travel;propose a grid-based method from a spatial perspective Search method,and use this method to specify the scope of attraction to the source of passenger flow POI,and finally provide specific spatial element data within the scope of attraction for passenger flow forecasting.(3)Prediction of passenger flow attraction for newly-built rail stations.From a spatial perspective,the relationship between the passenger flow attraction and influencing factors of the newly built rail station is studied,and the explanatory variables of the station passenger flow prediction model are initially determined;the gradient coefficient is introduced to improve the passenger flow prediction method based on geographically weighted regression,and the improved TOPSIS model is used for the station The surrounding land gradient characteristics are quantified and the site spatial gradient coefficients are calculated;further,spatial autocorrelation and multicollinearity tests are performed to screen and finally determine the explanatory variables of the prediction model,and a geographically weighted regression based on the gradient coefficients is constructed to predict the amount of passenger flow.Model to predict the passenger flow of newly-built sites.(4)Take Beijing Jiugong Station as an example,calculate the attraction range of Jiugong Station,and verify and analyze the passenger flow forecasting method in this paper.
