| At present, the majority of manufacturing enterprises do not develop well due to the lower automatic process, the Lean production technology is proved to be an effective way to reduce waste and waiting time to get the maximum benefit by process control. The paper concentrate the field production of one railway wagon enterprise as the object,set up another path to solve the process optimizing problem based on the lean philosophy, and also provide the theoretical basis and application foundation for no waiting mass production,beat step production and abnormal quickly response. Main achieved research results are as follow:(1) Refining the key control elements among the process of production and put forward a set of practical simulation line theory model,designed a set of simulating production line system,based on the key points among the actual production process of various simulation operation,finding possible resource allocation problem in advance, what’s more providing a platform in order to optimize the control system of production process and improve production efficiency;(2) For the process design,take the field production practice of the bogie workshop in one freight car enterprise as an example,take out model assumption to common questions,optimize the production process by establishing a mathematical model to choose the best production beats;(3) Research and analysis about the real production process of abnormal situation, design a set of field abnormal alarming &feedback system based on the B/S network structure,which in view of the abnormal problems in the production line for effective monitoring and timely feedback to the man at the wheel,which greatly reduce the redundant disposal procedures,to facilitate the production security.In this paper,simulation production line construction,beat production on the station and the abnormal feedback system based on the concept of lean production,which is different from other domestic enterprises that focus on use of lean philosophy to the team building and field work environment,but to study the key factors among the process of production and the production process optimization to improve efficiency,which lay a foundation for the engineering practice and application of lean production. |
