| Aluminum alloy form-work is a new green energy-saving and environmental protection building material.The application of aluminum alloy form-work in reinforced concrete projects promotes the sustainable development of building form-work.Aluminum form-work is a product under the background of the national call for Green Construction Technology and research and development of new form-work materials.Because of its low production energy consumption,high turnover times,good quality of concrete forming,and short construction period,construction site clean and tidy,to a certain extent,reduce the construction costs,and effectively ensure the construction quality,is the current application of high-value building template system.At present,most researchers and experts focus on aluminum alloy form-work construction technology characteristics,aluminum alloy form-work in high-rise applications,aluminum alloy form-work mechanical properties,aluminum alloy form-work overall economic benefits and so on.However,the cost analysis of aluminum alloy form-work in the whole life cycle has not been completed,which leads to the incomplete and accurate understanding of the economic value of aluminum alloy form-work.This has affected the promotion and use of aluminum alloy template to a certain extent.Therefore,the cost analysis of aluminum alloy templates can help to improve the participants’ understanding of the value of aluminum alloy templates and determine the impact of the costs of aluminum alloy templates,at the same time,it provides the reference for the enterprise and the national policy making adjustment.Based on the above analysis,this paper starts from the cost of aluminum alloy form work,and on the basis of the existing research results and on-the-spot investigation,probes into the factors affecting the cost of aluminum alloy form work and the comprehensive cost,the cost components in the whole life cycle are constructed,and the optimization measures and improvement suggestions are put forward based on the research results of the cost.Main contents of the study:Firstly,the development status of aluminum alloy research template project is described,the application characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of three template systems in the template industry are compared and analyzed,and the development status of aluminum alloy templates at home and abroad is combined,the construction technology and structure of early removal system of aluminum alloy form work system are emphasized,and compared with other building form-work system,the unique advantages of aluminum alloy formwork in engineering projects are emphasized.Secondly,through the literature analysis of the previous economic research on aluminum alloy form-work,the factors affecting the cost of aluminum alloy form-work are preliminarily determined,and then through field visits to engineering projects and consulting on-site technicians,and consult experts to obtain the cost factor data of aluminum alloy template,get the cost of aluminum alloy template early removal technology,non-plastering technology and vertical transportation.Thirdly,starting from the whole life cycle of aluminum alloy template,this paper discusses the influence of template turnover rate,purchasing method and environmental protection low carbon on the cost of aluminum alloy template,and analyzes the survey data,the cost value of each factor is studied.The life-cycle cost data show that the aluminum alloy template has low cost and good economic benefit.Finally,from the perspective of the future development of aluminum alloy templates,from the national policy,system implementation,to the enterprise innovation services for the development of aluminum alloy templates,in addition,in the production design and construction stage of the aluminum alloy template quality control put forward targeted improvement proposals,refresh the understanding of aluminum alloy template,it is beneficial to promote the popularization and use of aluminum alloy form-work.The innovation of this study:(1)new research boundary: from the point of view of the whole life cost of aluminum alloy form-work engineering,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cost and their components,so that the cost components of aluminum alloy form-work engineering can be clearly quantified,it also provides valuable reference for the popularization and application of aluminum alloy form-work engineering.(2)conclusion new application: through field investigation,the cost components of aluminum alloy template are constructed,including direct cost and indirect cost-benefit,and the suggestion of popularizing aluminum alloy template with strong feasibility is put forward,provide valuable economic data for national policy formulation and construction unit project management. |
