Research On Project Risk Management Of City Road Lighting

The city road lighting projects is an important part of urban road infrastructure construction, which provide a guarantee for comfortable, security, economy and low-carbon city road lighting environment. However, in the building and management process of urban road lighting projects, there are also many problems, such as multihead construction, decentralized management, regulatory separation and so on, which lead that the acceptance standard of the city road lighting project is not unified, the construction process is not standard, and lighting effect is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, it is very important to carry out an active and effective risk management in the urban road lighting project.This research on risk management of urban road lighting project firstly begins from the background and significance of urban road lighting project risk research, and the research methods and technology roadmap are derived after analyzing and summarizing the research status of the project. Secondly, according to the features and risk characteristics of urban road lighting project, risk identification and risk assessment of the project are conducted to establish its risk evaluation index system; through empirical, the research on risk management of urban road lighting project is carried out based on AHP method. Finally, according to the analysis results of project risks, the risks management and preventive measures of urban road lighting project are proposed.
