Energy crisis promoted the development of renewable energy industry, the occurrence of the environment pollution and the climate change could accelerated the the pace of the renewable energy application for many countries, our country also released a batch of photovoltaic industry. This paper build operation control technology of large-scale PV power plant based on the existing specification request of PV power station. It has a great significance to maintain the voltage stability of power grid and reduce the power grid scheduling resources and more cost.This paper built the simulation model of the larger-scale PV system by the DSL (DIgSILENT Simulation Language) of DIgSILENT/PowerFactory software, which study on the active and reactive power control strategy. The paper mainly work as follows:firstly, the collection and analysis were made for the principle of PV power generation, the classification and research status of PV power system, the effect on network and the Specifications, which are well prepared for abundant theory about the research and realization of grid-connected control technology of large-scale PV power plant; then, the simulation module of PV power generation were made by DSL software, respectively completed the dynamic response characteristic of PV power generation system in the condition of difference external disturbance such as steady state, the change of the light and grid fault; after that, the equivalent simulation model were built in DSL software by using indirect combination method in more type scenery storage hybrid power plant, coordinated control strategy were verified and summarized; at last, the PV power generations necessary conditions for islanding occurs and the typical island scene were analyzed, the anti-islanding protection of PV power plant were proposed.The grid-connection control strategy of large-scale PV power plant in this paper had great value to improve the economy and the safety, which response to the actual need of new energy extension and management under the background of environmental protection, it had the high feasibility and practicability.
