As an important kind of reactive power source, the shunt capacitance electric reactor group provides reactive power to the system. The shunt capacitance electric reactor group is composed and connected of multiple capacitors and electric reactor, the capacity can change, can be configurable concentrated or separately, has good controllability, and generally lower cost, are widely used in electric power system in our country, is important reactive power compensation device. It is of great significance to enhance the operation level of the power grid, promote efficiency of electric power system, improve the voltage fluctuation, and reduce the overall electric energy loss of power system, etc.The new built capacitor electric reactor group, however, quite a number are installed in multi-storey buildings. Excessive vibration phenomena appeared frequently after commissioning, due to excessive vibration of capacitor electric reactor in debugging stage, the lOkV in A substation and B substation in the region could not put into operation. Capacitance electric reactor vibrations not only affect the quality of voltage, which is unfavorable for loss reduction and synergy, and generate too much noise. If force the capacity electric reactor group operates, the vibration not only affects the safety, cause loss of equipment, and has a great influence on the lifetime of the buildings, seriously influence production safety and production operating environment. If not solve the problem in time, also may be perplexed in the operation of new substation capacitor in the future.The paper consists of five chapters, including:The first chapter illustrates the background and meaning of research on this issue, introduces the present domestic and international study conditions regarding vibration mechanism of shunt-capacitance reactor, emulational vibration calculation and vibration levels. Finally, the main research contents are proposed.The second chapter states the vibration mechanism of capacitor and electric reactor in substation and analyzes the ontological vibration mechanism of capacitor and electric reactor. Work out the speed-frequency-response functional matrix of the vibrational structure in accordance with motion equations of multi-degree of freedom of power capacitor and reactor. Resonance condition is simplified to three-degree-of-freedom spring vibration system, and according to corresponding dynamic equations of motion, transformation is done when using state variable analysis method, then its corresponding state-space equation is obtained. Meanwhile, analysis on harmonic resonance of capacitor-reactor bank is accomplished.The third chapter describes electric reactor's electromagnetic simulation and mechanical simulation. In terms of electromagnetic simulation, mathematical analysis model and simulated analysis model of simplified reactor are first established; then 3D simulated analysis on monophase iron-core reactor is conducted via Ansoft simulation software; finally, the distribution features of magnetic field and electromagnetic force have been confirmed. As for mechanical simulation,3D solid model is done in accordance with the structure and size of substation A and substation B; then mesh generation of the established 3D-solid model is finished through Hypermesh software, with solid45 as grid cell and the finite-element grid division of different components completed by adopting various unit size; finally, we use software to conduct structural mode analysis, thus obtaining the all-order modal shapes of different electric reactors.The forth chapter illustrates the test on vibration and noise of capacitors and reactors in substation. The test allows us to get the singles of vibration and noise when capacitor is loading and running and analyze the main frequency contributing to vibration and noise as well as the relations between vibration and noise.The fifth chapter summarizes the integrated analysis method of capacitance-reactor vibration in substation and ways to eliminate vibration, reveals existed problems and look ahead into our following work.
