| Today, more and more families have automobile; according to statistics data in 2014,11% families in China have automobile. The use of huge amount of gasoline as fuel in automobile has brought a series of problems, e.g., the environmental pollution from emissions of NOX and SOX, which has threatened people’s health. To this end, the quality of gasoline has been being improved for a few times in China, and the production of gasoline with ultra-low sulfur is research focus.In this work, we reviewed a variety of advanced hydrogentreating technologies; designed a 120×104t/a Gardes gasoline hydrogenation process; by employing this process, Ⅳ gasoline with S<50 ppm and Ⅴ gasoline with S<10 ppm can be produced, where mercaptan sulfur is less than 10ppm and loss of RON is less than 0.7 unit for Ⅳ gasoline while loss of RON is less than 1.3 unit for Ⅴ gasoline. We employed PROⅡ to simulate the whole process; optimized and designed heat exchange network, operation conditions. The pratical running results of this process showed that energy consumption was lower, loss of RON was less, sulfur and mercaptan sulfur contents and gasoline dry point meeted the designing objective.The gasoline hydrotreating process developed in this work, with high desulfurization efficiency and selectiviey, is very flexible for raw materials and products, which has a very good perspective in industry. |
