With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,the research of biomass aviation kerosene is particularly important,and it is the key to explore high-efficiency catalysts that can prepare biomass aviation kerosene by hydrogenation catalytic reaction.Therefore,the design of the precious metal-heteropolyacid catalyst and the research of the catalytic process for the preparation of bio-aviation kerosene are carried out in this paper.First,select the carrier for preparing the catalyst.In this paper,the precious metal Pt is used as the active component,degummed castor oil is used as the raw material,and the conversion rate,the selectivity of C8~C16alkanes and the isomerization rate of C8~C16alkanes are evaluated.Explore the catalytic effects of six molecular sieve carriers:ZSM-5,ZSM-23,Al-MCM-41,SAPO-11,SAPO-34,SBA-15,and finally choose SAPO-11,ZSM-23,SBA-15 Conduct follow-up research.The optimal technological parameters of SAPO-11 and ZSM-23 molecular sieves were the same:hydrogen pressure of 4MPa,reaction time of 7h,reaction speed of 1100r/min and reaction temperature of 360℃.The optimum technological parameters of SBA-15molecular sieve are as follows:hydrogen pressure is 4MPa,reaction time is 7h,reaction speed is 1000r/min and reaction temperature is 340℃.Under the optimal process parameters,the catalytic effects of three kinds of molecular sieve supported monometallic Pt,bimetallic Pt-Pd,and Pt-Pd-heter opolyacid were explored,and the catalytic effects of the three molecular sieve supports were all Pt-Pd-Heteropoly acid>Pt-Pd>Pt.Select the supported Pt-Pd-heteropolyacid catalyst with the best catalytic effect to characterize its physical and chemical properties,and analyze the changes in its microstructure to find the law to improve the activity of the catalyst.It is found that the supported Pt-Pd-heteropoly acid catalyst has a good effect.In addition to the interaction between the bimetals,the heteropoly acid also modifies the acidic active sites of the catalyst while supporting the active metal.The effect of HPW in the t wo heteropoly acids of HPW and HPMo is better.
