This paper is mainly based on,s the overall project which switching to the CHINA ?Emission Standard to the CHINA ?in the Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.Designing and development for the production of SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)distribution box equipment installation.Compared with the CHINA ?,The nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced by 30%,The emission of diesel particles should be reduced by more than 80% in CHINA ?.It is required to rematch the electric fuel injection system of automobile engine,recalibrate the formulation of the catalyst,add precious metals in SCR.The engine has a further improvement on the power,fuel consumption is lower and more economical in the CHINA ? Emission Standard,meanwhile,performing better in engine noise and vibration control.It is important to reduce PM2.5,smog and other environmental pollution.In this paper,the author designed and analyzed the production process and experiment,to make the cermet carrier pressure into the device smoothly in the bucket,which is based on the SCR process line in the Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.By Studying design objectives make sure that the cermet carrier will be pressured into the device smoothly in the bucket.To ensure the packaging clearance and size of the design requirement between the carrier and the drum body,the automatic hydraulic packaging equipment is designed.The main research content includes:According to the requirements of the catalyst converter assembly packaging and characteristic of the parts,analysis of the catalysts of assembly process requirements,including the size and structure characteristics of the various parts of the thrust,interference fit assembly process,packaging theory estimation,oil cylinder pressure calculation,encapsulation,pressure test and after scheme comparison to determine the final packaging solution.Around the final packaging solution,design the structure of various parts,combined with the mechanical design manual parts positioning principle and method,etc.,limit in various parts of the product,design the overall structure and movement process equipment by usingUG software.After a review of the equipment the overall structure and movement process and analysis,find out the existing problems and puts forward the solution of the structure,the original structure optimization design and elaboration on the optimized solution,and testing of the important components of the design,including hydraulic system and control system and process design of main parts.The packaging products are tested,including the vibration table test of SCR box assembly,the reduction efficiency test and the high temperature wind erosion test,as well as the analysis of the test data.The result show that,All test parameters conform to the designed requirements.
