Abstract/Summary:
In high water head Francis turbine is widespread applied to western mountainous hydropower station,because most of that turbine operated in poor natural condition,high water head and sediment content river environment.Such units of turbine make sand wear and cavitation easily happened in the water passage of turbine,Cause the abrasion failure happened in water passage of turbine.The damage in water passage of turbine in the form of the abrasion of the main part of water passage of turbine,such as fall edge,fall block,craze,perforates,etc.lead to reduce efficiency and even to stop working.The seriouse water passage of turbine abrasion failure happened in sediment content river greatly influence the stability of the turbine operation and reduce the efficiency,reduce the generating capacity,increased maintenance cost,serious influence the economic benefit of power plant.The repair work aboat high water head water passage of francis turbine abrasion by using the advanced technology of surface treatment has become a research priorities of the abrasion resistant technology in recent years.On the basis of summarizing researches literature of abrasion failure in the field of water passage of turbine.the turbine failure theory and the high velocity oxaen fuel spray(HVOF)technology principle as the basis,to research the application of high velocity oxgen fuel spray technology to repair water passage of turbine abrasion in Yaoheba hydropower plant for research.According to analyzed the abrasion mechanism and failure damage reason in Yaoheba power plant’ s water passage of turbine,to choice the process materials and equipment in spraying.careful evaluate the practical effect on the repair work in Yaoheba power plant’s water passage of turbine by using HVOF technology.Research the problems after spraying operation,looking for reason puts forward some proposals for improving.,And to analysis the economic benefit in the Yaoheba power plant’s turbine which using HVOF technology and not.Through using practice and operate inspecting of HVOF technology in repair of water passage of turbine work of Yaoheba hydropower plant unit.which proved high velocity oxgen fuel spray technology completely suitable for the repair work in the hydropower plant water passage of turbine.This technology is advanced,the selection of material abrasion resistant effect is good,have good economic benefit and popularize value.
