Abstract/Summary:
In terms of the size and quantity, pump station construction of China rank highly all over the world.However, the problem of water pump flow components abrasion (the sand abrasion, cavitation)continue plagueing the pump station management department. Under the combined action of the sand abrasion and cavitation, water pump hydraulic performance degrade gradually. It directly decreases the efficiency and increases the energy consumption. At the same time, the mechanical damage of the impeller caused by abrasion shorten the maintenance cycle and service life of the water pump. Each year,because of unit efficiency decreases, energy consumption increases, maintenance cost increases and other reasons, pump station management department’s economic burden is heavy. It seriously reduces benefits of pump station and greatly restricts the sustainable development of irrigation and drainage area. How to effectively solve the pump flow components abrasion gets a lot of attention form pump station competent departments, related scientific research institution and the pump manufacturers.Based on consulting a large number of literature and on-the-spot investigation,the paper applies AHP theory to research on the pump abrasion comprehensive evaluation system.There are four parts in this paper:The first, through consulting literature and on-the-spot investigation, the author analyzed the characteristics of water pump abrasion,the harm of abrasion, abrasion mechanism, the influence factors of abrasion, domestic and international pump abrasion repairing technology, widely used repairing technology and so on. Finally, the author determined application scope of the water pump abrasion repairing technology.The second, the author used AHP to analyse relative important degree of repairing methods about the pump station abrasion,determined the weight of each index and concluded the repair methods’quality evaluation.The third, applying Visual Basic language, the author established a water pump abrasion repair technology comprehensive evaluation system. This software not only has good man-machine interface, good universality and practicality. But it is also easy to operate.The fourth, taking DongLei level1pump station in Shanxi province as an example, the author evaluate the abrasion repairing technology. Through evaluating this pump station, it shows that the research results of paper has certain theory value and practical significance.
