Tilting Pad thrust bearings are extensively used in power stations,steel machinery,and other large mechanical equipments.As the key component,the lubrication function of thrust bearing significantly affects the performance of machine.In the previous calculation and simulation of lubricating property,if the initial parameters are not the one we expected,the only way we can do is returning to the first stage to select the parameters again.At the same time,the method of numerical calculation as the main method of analysis of oil film is used by the researchers.Therefore,when lubrication characteristics of sector shaped tilting pad thrust bearings are analyzed,the ideas of parameterized is applied to in the process of finite element simulation.FORTRAN program is based on the APDL language in ANSYS,the software of analysis lubrication performances of sector tilting bearing is established,it provides the important means for theoretical analysis lubrication performances of the thrust bearing.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the fan-shaped tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication performance study is introduced.In this paper,the research progress of dynamic pressure thrust bearing lubrication performance is expounded.The general structure of the thrust bearing,thrust bearing physical characteristics,based on the above content is proposed in this paper,the main research direction and content.Secondly,the TEHD model of tilting pad thrust bearing is established,which contains Reynolds equation,the viscosity-temperature and density-temperature characteristics of the lubricants,film thickness equation,energy equation,heat conduction equation,elastic deformation equation,and their boundary conditions.Again the parametric simulation program in the process of solving thought and process is introduced,and compiled the fan-shaped tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication performance analysis module,and establish the mutual interface.Finally,lubrication performance analysis module of fan-shaped tilting tilesliding thrust bearing is applied,under different load and speed of four groups of bearing oil film lubrication performance simulation calculation,and the simulation results data for further analysis.It is concluded that bearing load,the working speed of thrust bearing oil film pressure field,the influence law of temperature field. |
