In the turbine hydrogenerator, the thrust bearing is an extremely important part, axial turbine unit load carried by the main thrust bearing. Thrust bearing performance is good or bad determines the stability of the work of the turbine. In modern research, how to improve the reliability of the thrust bearing and stability issues have been studies scholars attention. In the bearing lubrication studies in general, usually the bush as a rigid body, without considering the impact on the lubricating properties of deformation, but also the lack of influence factors on the lubricating properties were analyzed. Aiming at this problem, the introduction of parametric design, build analysis model of the pad and film, and the bush deformation factors into account, thrust bearing oil film lubrication study makes analysis of lubrication more accurate, simultaneous analysis efficient.First, a circular Thrust bearing lubrication performance tilting pad as the goal, the basic theory of bearing lubrication analyzed accurately reflects the establishment of a mathematical model circular tilting pad thrust bearing lubrication properties. Consists mainly of Reynolds equation, energy equation, film thickness equation, the elastic deformation equation and heat conduction equations and their boundary conditions.Secondly, through the finite element method to solve the Reynolds equation, energy equation, finite element model of the bearing pads obtained node than the pressure value based on linear interpolation, pressure and temperature values, finite element analysis model is loaded into the bush by simulation were determined elastic deformation and thermal deformation tile, thermal deformation of elastic coupling is obtained superimposed global deformation, deformation of the overall analysis of the situation and join in the deformation of the pad film lubrication analysis.Again, the use of ANSYS parametric design language APDL establish macro files, design interface, reads the written APDL procedures, the preparation of a circular tilting pad thrust bearing lubrication performance analysis module, the establishment of the lubricant film parametric model, set boundaries conditions, the film pressure and temperature fields reflect lubricating properties were solved, and draw the oil film pressure distribution and temperature distribution under specific load and speed conditions.Finally, with the advantages of a variable parameter analysis module, respectively for four different film four different speed and load conditions for lubrication performance simulation, and the simulation result data for further comparative analysis, the bearing load, operating speed oil film pressure field, the temperature field of law. By comparing the change before and after the film pressure pad deformation and temperature fields, the influence of the deformation of the pad obtained film lubrication properties.
