Tilting tile thrust bearing is widely used in rotating machinery with axial load,fan tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication performance is related to the whole machine working condition.Thrust bearing lubrication performance of the past study, if there is a primary parameters in the process of the simulation calculation is wrong, can only return to the primary parameters of the stage to choose the parameters, therefore,this article on the fan tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication characteristics research, in the process of the Parametric method is applied to the finite element simulation,based on the APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) Language, establish fan tilting tile thrust bearing Parametric analysis software, for the research of the fan tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication performance provides the important means.First, this paper introduces the research of tilting tile sliding thrust bearing and engineering significance, the purpose of performance and a brief overview of the sector tilting tile thrust bearing the development of both at home and abroad, and on the basis of predecessors’ research established a fan-shaped tilting tile thrust bearing elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis of mathematical model, and gives the equations of boundary conditions, and put forward the mathematical model of basic parameters are calculated.Secondly, based on parametric finite element theory, calculation method and ANSYS language of ANSYS was used to develop, develop the parameterized simulation analysis software, including geometric modeling, fluid property is set,meshing, boundary conditions are set and post-processing Settings such as part of the software segment elastic deformation caused by pressure can be calculated after the oil film pressure, temperature and oil film thickness distribution.Third,application sector tilting tile thrust bearing parametric analysis softwarefor lubrication performance analysis, will fan tilting as research materials and lubrication medium parameters, respectively to study the tile surface materials and lubrication medium of fan-shaped tilting tile thrust bearing lubrication oil film pressure, temperature film thickness distribution.Fourth, application of fan-shaped tilting tile thrust bearing parametric analysis software on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis of bearing load, speed,tilting sector as research materials and lubrication medium parameters, and included in the sector tilting tile elastic deformation, the influence factors to study the elastic deformation of the fan tilting tile thrust bearing oil film pressure, temperature, and the influence of oil film thickness distribution.
