As the implementation of Made in China in 2025 initiative,we have set the direction of development for heavy manufacturing industry featuring higher precision,higher efficiency,higher bearing capacity,more intelligent.The hydrostatic bearing plays the leading role in the heavy-duty CNC equipment to make sure it can run stable even at high speed and with heavy loading.In order to improve the accuracy,reliability,efficiency and carrying capacity is the main direction of research.The field of pressure and temperature will change when the hydrostatic bearing is working under the action of speed,load and fluid internal squeeze friction.At the same time,heat and force will be transmitted to the entire hydrostatic bearing,which not only affects the lubrication performance of the oil film.It will also cause certain deformation of the table,oil cushion,and base of the hydrostatic bearing.It also has exerted great impact on the hydrostatic bearing.After setting the improvement of the accuracy,efficiency and reliability of hydrostatic bearings as our goal,this thesis studies the influence of speed and load on the oil film of hydrostatic bearings and the deformation laws of the table,oil cushion and base.This thesis focuses on the double rectangular hydrostatic bearing q1-224 to analyze the impact of temperature rise of oil film,bearing performance and deformation field of hydrostatic bearing considering the conditions of various speed,workpiece load and workpiece shape by virtue of theoretical analysis and simulation.This thesis mainly focusses on two aspects.For the beginning,the mathematical model of hydrostatic bearing has been analyzed in this thesis through the lubrication principle,fluid mechanics and friction theory of hydrostatic bearing.Besides,the author has used Solid Works 3D modeling software to establish the geometric model of hydrostatic bearing.Since the lubricating oil domain requires high-quality grids,ICEM-CFD was used for grid division of lubricating oil domain.Other fields are meshed using Workbench.The study found that the shape of the workpiece with uniform load has a certain influence on the temperature field of the hydrostatic bearing,but the pressure field has little influence.Load and speed have a significant effect on the field of temperature,pressure and deformation.the increase of load and speed will cause the temperature field to increase.Given the increase of revolving speed,the pressure field will increase because of the rise of load first,and then decrease.Besides if the load and speed increase,the deformation field will increase.The hydrostatic bearing can be improved and designed based on the rules of discovery to improve accuracy and reliability.
