Research On New Urbanization Space Organization Of Kaiyuan

Urbanization is the process of the rural population and lifestyle shift from rural towns, is a manifestation of economic and social development of the form. China is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization, a large number of rural surplus labor into cities and towns need them. This process is accompanied by towns and villages have suffered a series of problems,such as hollow rural, urban disease, caused by urban household registration system to settle difficult, difficult rural land transfer, etc. These problems not only restricts the development of urbanization process, but also affect the living standards of quality development of urbanization and urban residents. Since the county town has a low threshold, development potential, absorbing short radius and other advantages, to become the main bearer of surplus rural labor force. 2014 new national urbanization plan was unveiled, requiring the county to focus development of small towns, and optimize urban spatial distribution and morphology.Although research experts and scholars in recent years our country has done a lot of county urbanization, we put forward a variety of county urbanization development path. However,these studies mainly for the eastern coastal developed areas, relatively few studies on the northeastern region of the county, its findings and lessons learned are not all suitable for the county town of the northeastern region. In this paper, an example of the Kaiyuan City,Liaoning Province of Northeast General of Urban agricultural areas were studied, sought in the current situation of urbanization Kaiyuan domain analysis and factors analysis of the spatial organization of the new town to explore and build new urbanization of the City Space organizational model, proposed a specific path of new urbanization development, to provide reference for the city of Liaoning and Northeast regions and small cities have similar situations develop.The main contents of this paper as follows: The first two chapters first researches were summarized, analyzed and new urbanization urbanization theory, summed up the experience and enlightenment abroad urbanization development. The third chapter from the level of urbanization, urban land development, urbanization and other aspects of the quality of the analysis of the status quo of urbanization Kaiyuan domain, and then summed up the dynamic mechanism Kaiyuan urbanization development. Among them, the main problem of urbanization development Kaiyuan domain appears first is the City’s urbanization rate generally low; followed by the construction of land faster than identity population levels; and finally the quality of the urban level in urban areas is not high, people enjoy urban lifestandards and service level is relatively low. Chapter V of the foregoing analysis, the type of urbanization Kaiyuan domain to be divided, made of different types of urban spatial organization model to predict the urban population within the city, the arrangement of the urban population and the spatial distribution of land for construction. And based on population and land size for each partition for each spatial pattern of urban development proposed guidelines; sixth chapter of the main arguments and conclusions of whole thesis are summarized and pointed out some deficiencies papers exist.
